J-TICH is an online, open-access journal committed to advancing the field of trauma-informed nutrition security that:
Highlights the profound impact of community and collaboration and its potential to enhance the health and well-being of SNAP-Ed participants and low-income individuals.
Facilitates learning and growth by curating, enhancing, and disseminating rigorous, reproducible, and impactful information.
Provides a platform for voices not traditionally heard in scholarly work to share information and tell stories.
Shares practice and research that connects the science of nourishment and nutrition security to the context of community engagement, interventions, and advocacy.
J-TICH should represent everyone. As such, we recognize that we are responsible for overcoming inequities and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion in our communities.
